Timely communication helps us stay on schedule. Each project phase includes a review period; client feedback is expected within 3 business days. If communication lapses for more than 14 days, the project may be paused and subject to a restart fee.

Each package includes up to two rounds of revisions per page. Revisions include text and image changes within the approved design structure. Additional changes or new page requests will be quoted separately.

Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun. If a client chooses to cancel before work starts, a refund of any unused portion may be issued at the designer’s discretion.

All designs remain the property of Virsiren LLC until the final invoice is paid. Upon full payment, ownership and administrative access are transferred to the client. Templates and designs may not be reused, resold, or transferred to third parties without written consent.

Each project includes 14 days of post-launch support for minor adjustments or troubleshooting. Ongoing maintenance and content updates are available through a monthly retainer or at $75/hour.

• Projects requested with less than 2 week turnaround incur a 25% rush fee.

New requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed at $75/hour or added as a separate quote.
