After our initial phone consultation, this meeting allows us to review your project scope, confirm expectations, and clarify all details so that the next steps are seamless. During this session, we’ll walk through the project plan, timelines, deliverables, and any remaining questions you may have. This is also the time to review contracts, agreements, and necessary access so you can feel confident moving forward. By the end of the meeting, we’ll have a clear path to launching your project and a mutual understanding of the partnership. This meeting ensures that your project begins with clarity, organization, and a professional structure, so you can focus on the results you want without uncertainty or confusion.

The Introductory Meeting is a dedicated session designed to ensure that your project begins with full clarity, organization, and alignment. Please review the following policy before booking: Purpose of the Meeting: The Introductory Meeting is a one-hour virtual session (via Zoom) held after your initial Discovery Call. Its purpose is to confirm your project scope, expectations, and next steps before official onboarding begins. What to Expect: During this session, we will: -Review your project plan, goals, and deliverables -Discuss timelines, budgets, and milestones -Clarify responsibilities, communication methods, and expectations -Review contracts, agreements, and access details -Address any remaining questions or concerns Booking & Confirmation: Appointment requests are subject to review and approval. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and meeting details. This session may be included in your project package or billed separately, depending on your service agreement. Duration: Meetings are scheduled for 60 minutes. To respect everyone’s time, please arrive promptly and prepared with any relevant materials or questions. Rescheduling & Cancellations: -You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. -Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session or fee, depending on your agreement. Next Steps After the Meeting: Upon completion, you will receive a Project Roadmap Summary and guidance on how to proceed with signing agreements, making deposits, or beginning your design and development phase. Professional Boundaries: This meeting is structured and strategic — it is not an extended consultation or design session. Any creative or technical work discussed will move forward once the project officially begins.
