The Returning Client Session is a dedicated one-hour Zoom call for clients who are continuing or expanding their work with me. During this session, we review all final project details, including cost estimates, scheduling, timelines, deliverables, and any additional services or needs you may have. This session ensures that every aspect of the project is clear and agreed upon before moving forward. We’ll address any questions, confirm expectations, and make sure your project is set up for success from the start. By the end of the session, both parties will have a shared understanding of the scope, timeline, and next steps, ensuring a smooth and organized process. Whether you’re expanding a current project, adding new services, or simply refining the plan, the Returning Client Session keeps your project on track and provides confidence and clarity before execution begins.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in connecting with Virsiren Synergy. Discovery Calls are designed to offer a space for meaningful conversation, clarity, and alignment before beginning any project or collaboration. Please review the following policy before submitting your request: Appointment Requests: Booking a Discovery Call does not automatically confirm your appointment. Each request is personally reviewed by Elena, and you will receive a separate email confirmation once your call has been accepted and scheduled. Duration: Discovery Calls are limited to 30 minutes. This time allows us to focus on understanding your goals, needs, and questions while respecting the schedule of all clients. Purpose of the Call: This call is meant to explore your ideas, discuss potential directions, and determine whether our services and approach are a good fit for your project. It is not a consultation or strategy session. Next Steps: If we decide to move forward, the next step will be to schedule an Introductory Meeting, where we’ll go deeper into your vision, scope, and project details. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or repeated last-minute cancellations may impact future booking eligibility. Professional Boundaries: The Discovery Call is a complimentary conversation and not a space for free coaching, design concepts, or strategy planning. Any detailed guidance or creative direction will be provided in paid sessions or project packages.
